Our Shop

The Umbrella Dementia Cafés is a budding social enterprise.  That means that everything purchased in this shop goes towards advancing the social wellbeing of every person who attends the dementia cafés.

100% of the income from these products goes towards funding and supporting our social cause to de-isolate people living with dementia, create more cafés for people living with dementia, up-skill volunteers and build awareness in our community through multi-generational environments.

Every purchase you make, has a massive impact on the lives of those who attend our cafés.  With your help we can build more cafés and have a greater social impact in our local communities.

We welcome new product to our store.  Please contact us at or click here to find out how we can include your product in our shop.

Thank you for making a difference.

Wow! What a successful night we had on the 10th May raising a massive $2396 that will now help us register our social enterprise organisation with the Australian Charities and Not for profit Commission!

From everyone at Umbrella Dementia Cafés, we want to say a giant thank you for you support last Thursday in attending our first movie fundraising night.  Tully was certainly an emotional, thought provoking movie and I certainly shed a few tears upon reflection of the journey that the movie took me on.

We would like to once again say a big thank you to our sponsors for the evening who donated some fantastic raffle prizes, and to the Blackburn South Community Branch of Bendigo Bank for their fantastic donation of $1,500 towards our organisation.

We look forward to hopefully seeing you at our next fundraising event so please watch out on social media and our website page.

If anyone would like to know more about what we are doing, or would like to donate their time or some food for a café either at (Koonung Cottage or Blackburn One. Church) , then please do let me know.  We could not run our cafés without the support of our volunteers and the generosity of the local community.
